RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Since each and every ceramic mug is made to order, all the sales are final and it is not possible for us to accept returns or provide replacements. However, if you have any issues, then please get in touch with us at ruinedbyfiction@gmail.com by attaching images of the mug clearly visible along with the original packaging in which the product was received by the customer, showing the shipping label and the customer details on it clearly for verification within 10 days of receiving the item.
